The Simple Good is excited to faciliate an art gallery showcase with 3rd and 4th grade students of Hunter Perkins Charter School in Chicago’s Southside in effort to have students discover their own meaning of the simple good. An after school art program meets twice a week which takes students through a path of discovering different menings of good through journaling, drawing and finally a painting which will be featured in an art showcase on May 31st. Special thanks to all our volunteers to help make this happen as well as Bottles & Bottega who have graciously donated paint, canvasa, and brushes to all the students.

In the gorgeous, breathless space, the viewer inhabits and alters, through their stillness or speed, their sense of proportion and time, the configurations that make up this constantly shifting, ecstatic world.”. The piece will next appear at Bockenheimer Depot in 2013.
